Best of SABCS® USA Programs

Join your colleagues at a Best of SABCS® US program for a comprehensive review of the most influential research presented at the SABCS® December meeting.

Designed for practicing healthcare professionals, the topics and discussion focus on current trends and forthcoming treatments in breast cancer that will optimize patient care outcomes. These programs will be conducted as in-person meetings.

Following the meeting you will be able to:

  • IDENTIFY factors that predispose individuals and increase their risk of developing breast cancer based on the most recent data.

  • IMPLEMENT screening and testing approaches that include prognostic and predictive molecular signatures and biomarkers that can identify the most appropriate treatment strategies for individuals with breast cancer.

  1. INTEGRATE scientific advances from the laboratory that translate into increased knowledge of breast cancer biology and pathogenesis to improve patient care.

  2. APPLY new results from clinical trials in all aspects of breast cancer care presented during oral, poster and educational sessions at the annual San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium to patient care.

  3. INCORPORATE evidence from preclinical research and clinical trials that support the rational combinations of traditional and newer pharmacologic interventions into treatment regimens, with a focus on novel therapeutics and overcoming resistance mechanisms.

  4. DEVELOP appropriate individualized treatment strategies for patients based on clinical characteristics and breast cancer subtype to optimize treatment efficacy and overcome resistance mechanisms based on the latest data presented at the 2023 San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium.
